If you're just a little bit like me you love EVOLVING INCREMENTALLY rather than jumping right in and trying to change your life from one day to the next. You prefer SOWING THE SEEDS OF GROWTH STEADILY, lingering between what was and what is to come, trying on new possibilities. Small things often.

​

I am a BOTH/AND person: I like to have the cake AND eat it, too.

​

For the longest time I dodged decisions out of fear of missing out on something, taking the "wrong" decision or  disappointing someone. After all, decisions tend to have something finite, mutually exclusive about them.

​

So, over time, I've honed the art of making more inclusive, creative CHOICES that balance contrasting needs and motivations and invite seemingly opposing qualities - i.e. stability AND novelty, clarity AND ambiguity into my life.

​

The "AND" approach helps me keep an eye on my priorities and ensure they are in sync with the choices I make.

​
